Our mentoring program is a one-on-one year long program aimed to help students and early career professional achieve and maintain employment in the interactive entertainment industry. Using a project-based design, our program focuses mentor/mentee time on specific goals developed between the pair to ensure productivity and focus. Mentors and mentees communicate regularly through a platform of their choosing and get the chance to meet in person at DICE Summit in February.
Mentees also get the opportunity to develop educational tools for middle schools to use in STEM curriculum that inspires the next generation of gamers and game developers.
In 2016, we are focusing on helping women students and aspiring professionals to match with mentors. All WomenIn Scholarship Recipients are eligible for program enrollment and are encouraged to participate.
